Galit Noy, the founder of AMRIA, spent many years within court of justice as part of her work as a lawyer. Love and passion for fashion, design and beauty have always been there, but the decision to establish a shoe brand was due to the difficulties that she experienced as a lawyer in finding chic, up-to-date and comfortable shoes, which she could walk and stand in for many hours in court, without compromising on beauty and style. This personal story brought Galit to establish her own shoe brand, AMRIA, in 2017.

AMRIA redefining shoes for independent women who has an intense lifestyle that includes work, evenings out and other events. The brand gives the perfect solution to any woman who goes out in the morning for a long day at work, ending at a romantic dinner, or a meeting of friends.

AMRIA’s designs accurately connect classic styles, uncompromising quality and comfort, using the finest raw materials. The shoes are designed to complement every day, outside of short-lived trends, and are characterized by contemporary designs, with a personal interpretation of the designer, perfectly suitable to match the classic wardrobe. Galit takes extra care to use heel heights that do not exceed 6-7 cm, and create lightweight shoes for maximum comfort.

The design process is carried out in Israel in a sophisticated and meticulous processץ Every sample is carefully measured on a variety of foots before production to ensure its convenience.

During the selection of soles and heels, special emphasis is placed on their light weight, so that they remain comfortable for many hours use. The materials used for production are carefully selected, with particular focus on their softness. All raw materials are imported from Italy, including the leather and the shoe lasts, and everything is conducted under the OHSAS guidelines - Ocupational Health and Safety Standards. The leathers used are from calf and sheep (selected due to its softness). All leathers are processed according to European standards. 

Galit Noy is married and mother of three daughters. She lives in a small town in Israel’s with her family, raises horses, and three dogs. In 2019, Galit was nominated for the fashion awards ceremony in the bag and shoe designers category.
