1.1 The AMRIA website (hereinafter: "the website") is an online platform on the internet that serves as an online store for the sale of products and services to consumers. The owner and operator of the website is Galit Fridman Noy I.D. 029578127 (hereinafter: "Galit" “AMRIA”).

1.2 An action on the website refers to any process of ordering or purchasing products and/or services offered on the website, to the extent they are available (hereinafter: "action").

1.3 These regulations are written in the feminine language for convenience and should be considered applicable to both genders.

You, or anyone on your behalf, will not have any claims against the owners of the site, its operators, or their representatives, except for claims related to a breach of obligations by the site owners or operators, as outlined in these regulations and participation rules.

1.6 Galit reserves the right to change these regulations at its discretion without prior notice.

1.7 The user agrees that Galit's computer records regarding actions on the site will serve as prima facie evidence of the correctness of those actions.

1.8 The photographs and/or illustrations of products displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a commitment by the website administration. Galit will make its best effort to present accurate photos and data regarding the products.

1.9 Galit does not guarantee stock availability for all products displayed on the website.

1.10 Galit strives to provide complete and accurate information on the website, but inaccuracies or errors may occur in good faith. Galit will not be responsible for any such inaccuracies or errors.

1.11 The website management reserves the right to update product prices and shipping rates without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one published at the completion of the order process, including credit card information submission. If prices are updated before order completion, you will be charged according to the updated prices.

1.12 The site management may offer promotions, benefits, and discounts, which can be stopped, replaced, or changed at any time without prior notice.

1.13 These terms of use apply to website use and its services through any device, including computers, mobile phones, and PDAs.

1.14 Galit does not guarantee that website prices are discounted compared to physical store prices.

Right to Use the Site

2.1 To participate in the sale process and carry out transactions, users must meet the following conditions:

2.1.1 The user must be legally qualified to perform binding legal actions and declare that they are 18 years old or older.

2.1.2 The user must possess a valid credit card issued by a recognized credit card company in Israel.

2.1.3 The user confirms inclusion in Galit's direct marketing system via email, landline, mobile phone, text messages, mail, and fax, in accordance with the provisions of the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting) (Amendment No. 40) 2008.

Sales Process

3.1 Galit facilitates the purchase of various products and services through the website.

3.2 Each product or service available for sale is presented on an "action page," indicating the product or service and its price.

3.3 To place an order, you must select the product or service, specify details such as size, color, and quantity, and complete an order form with accurate information. Providing incorrect details may result in delivery issues and additional charges for incorrect address details.

3.4 After completing an order, credit card details will be verified, and approval from the credit card company is needed for the transaction to be completed.

3.5 The site uses encryption for security. Galit is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access to user information.

3.6 Galit's computer records serve as evidence of all operations on the website.

3.7 The customer will be charged for the purchased product or service through the credit card after completing the operation.

3.8 Knowingly submitting false information may lead to legal action and claims for damages against the customer.

3.9 If the transaction is not approved by credit companies, the customer must establish contact with Galit's customer service center to complete the purchase.

3.10 Purchase can be completed by providing credit information to Galit's service center. If the customer does not contact Galit within 5 days of the request, Galit may cancel the order.

3.11 Confirmation of the purchase is subject to product availability in stock at the requested delivery date. Galit is not obligated to sell products not in stock.

3.12 Galit reserves the right to cancel access or participation of users whose behavior violates participation rules.

Sales Method

4.1 Sales on the site are conducted at predetermined prices until stock runs out. Users select products and make purchases according to the instructions on the website.

Shipping

Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

5.1 Galit will arrange product shipment to the address provided during purchase. Delivery will be carried out according to the conditions stated on the product's action page.

5.2 Galit is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

5.3 In areas with limited access, alternative delivery arrangements may be made.

5.4 The product will be delivered within 7 business days via Israel Post or any other Couriers/Courier Company. International shipments will follow the shipping conditions of the relevant company. Please allow 14-21 business days to receive your order. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and return shipping for returns or exchanges is charged to the customer.

5.5 Delivery time is counted from the day of the order, and Galit strives to expedite delivery.

5.6 Cancellation of a transaction is subject to returning the purchased item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellations

7.1 Buyers can cancel transactions in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, except for certain exempted items listed in Section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.

7.2 Cancellation of a transaction before product shipment can be done by contacting customer service, and no charges apply.

Returns & Exchange

8.1 Customers can cancel orders after product receipt by contacting customer service within 14 days. for return you must connect us either an exchande/refund via phone +972 54 2404029 or email: info@amriashoes.com.

8.2 Product return or replacement is subject to the product being new, with the original packaging and tag/label intact. Galit will provide a refund as per the Consumer Protection Law, deducting shipping costs. Refunds are limited to three consecutive returns.

8.3  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

8.4 To return your product, send your items to: 38 Kochav Hayam st. Hofit 40295 Israel. Regrettably, returns shipping costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply) unless your item is faulty whereby the original shipping cost and the returns postage will be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where an exchange has taken place.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Until your item has arrived with us, we do not take responsibility for the shipping of this item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ATTENTION! Orders of clients from distant foreign countries are shipped without taking into account taxes and duties of a country. The cost of shipping does not include taxes and duties, and you might need to pay them upon receipt or after receipt depending on your country’s tax system. Contact the Customs Service of your country to get actual information about a monthly limits, tariffs, and customs procedure rules.

Late or Missing Refunds

9.1 Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to appear on your account. Finally, we advise you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation by Galit and Website Termination

10.1 Galit may cancel the contract with buyers in cases of "force majeure," as defined by law.

10.2 In cases of delays or disruptions due to factors beyond the control of the website owners and operators, the website may cancel contracts with buyers or suspend site activity.

10.3 Galit may cancel sales or offer alternative products of equivalent value if products become unavailable. Galit is not responsible for any damages resulting from these actions.

10.4 Errors in product description or pricing may lead to cancellation of specific purchases with full refunds.

10.5 The Consumer Protection Law's provisions applicable at the time of the transaction are binding.

Terms of Service

11.1 Galit, the website management, and their representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from website use or purchases, except as outlined in these regulations.

11.2 Errors in product descriptions do not bind Galit or the website management.

11.3 Product images on the website are for illustration, and variations may occur.

11.4 Galit's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, and indirect damages are not covered.

11.5 Galit is not responsible for product use that does not adhere to manufacturer instructions.

11.6 The website management is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond their control, such as malfunctions or natural disasters.

Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights in the website and AMRIA, including patents, copyrights, models, methods, and trade secrets, are solely owned by Galit. These rights extend to various aspects of AMRIA, including the graphic design of the site, its databases (such as product lists and descriptions), the site's computer code, its web address, and any other details related to its operation.

12.2 Customer must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, or translate any information from the website, including trademarks, images, text, and computer code, without obtaining express written permission from Galit in advance.

12.3 Customer may not commercially use the data published by Galit, whether it's from Galit's database, product lists, or other details provided by the company, without prior written consent from Galit.

12.4 Galit permits the publication of data from the website on third-party sites, provided that the source of the information is retained and explicitly stated. Galit reserves the right to request the removal of advertising or information if it's used in a manner that it believes harms the interests of Galit or its property.

12.5 Galit allows the website to be displayed in a frame, visible or hidden, and permits linking to pages within the site ("deep linking") or to the home page only. Galit reserves the right to request the removal of advertising or information if it's used in a way that it believes harms its interests or property.

12.6 The site must not be presented in a design or graphic interface different from those designed by Galit, except with prior written consent.

12.7 The name "AMRIA" and "AMRIA" trademarks (whether registered or not) are the exclusive property of Galit and cannot be used without obtaining prior written consent.

12.8 Icons, information, and displays on the site, including graphics, design, text, trademarks, logos, and how they are presented, are the exclusive property of Galit. Any use of these assets must adhere to the provisions of this policy.

12.9 Customer  may not use any trademark or design of a product or model appearing on the website, or in the photographs found on the website, which are protected as intellectual property, both by Israeli law and international treaties to which the State of Israel is a party.

Maintaining Data Confidentiality and User Privacy

13.1 Submission of personal details in the order form is entirely voluntary and with the customer's consent. Completing the details indicates the customer's agreement to provide these details. The purpose of providing personal information is to enable Galit to offer products and/or services to the customer and to understand the customer's decisions regarding the purchase of products and/or services.

13.2 Galit commits not to use customer information without their permission, except when required by law or to prevent misuse. Galit will only grant access to this information to employees who need it to provide service.

13.3 Galit takes common precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information. The transmission of credit card numbers on the website is encrypted according to the SSL standard. However, in cases beyond its control or resulting from force majeure, Galit will not be held responsible for any damages caused by lost or improperly used information. Galit employs the highest security standards to maintain information confidentiality and customer privacy, including the use of the PCI system for processing credit cards.

13.4 When registering on the website and ordering products, customers will be asked to provide their real personal information, including first name, last name, telephone number, address, and payment method details. Payment method details are not stored in the website management database and are used only to complete the order. 13.13 This disclosure will only occur when it is necessary for the proper provision of the site's services and the fulfillment of the purposes associated with the use of information, as previously specified.

13.14 Disclosure may also happen if a customer violates the terms of use and purchase on the website or engages in actions through or in connection with the website that are deemed unlawful or an attempt to do so.
